Personal statement

From July, 2000 to present, he is a Professor at School of Physics and Optoelectronic Engineering, Beijing University of Technology, lecturing undergraduate and graduate courses including Optics and Fourier Optics. His present studies are mainly related in optical information processing, optical imaging, digital holography,THz imagingand microwave photonics. During September 2016 to October 2016, he worked as a visiting Scholar in the University of California, Los Angeles, USA. From December 2006 to November 2007,he worked as a visiting Professor at Institut für Technische Optik, Universität Stuttgart, Germany. During August,1998 to August, 2000, he worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Physics of Complex Systems, Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel.
