Personal statement

Xing Yuzhou, born in Badong, Hubei, now is an associate professor in the Department of Social work of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of BJUT. He graduated from Wuhan University and Nanjing University and obtained his doctor’s degree in sociology. During his study for his Ph.D., he was funded by China Scholarship Council and went to UW-Madison in the United States as a joint training doctoral student from December 2009 to December 2010. From October 2014 to November 2016, he conducted his postdoctoral research at the NGO Research Institute of School of Public Administration of Tsinghua University.
