On March 28, a delegation led by Veselin Vukotic, President of the University of Donja Gorica in Montenegro, visited BJUT.  Qiao Junfei, Deputy Secretary of the CPC BJUT Committee, met the delegation.

Qiao Junfei extended a warm welcome to the guests from the University of Donja Gorica and introduced BJUT's history, its academic disciplines, and its international cooperation efforts. He expressed hope that the two universities would build on their existing ties to further enhance friendly faculty and student communications, diversify forms of collaboration, and jointly promote the high-quality development of higher education in both universities.

President Vukotic thanked BJUT for their warm reception and shared an overview of the University of Donja Gorica and its development path. He expressed hope that the visit would lead to deeper cooperation in areas such as artificial intelligence, bringing new momentum to the development of both universities.
