Objective: This discipline aims to cultivatefuture high-level applied and inter-disciplinary professionals who have a strong knowledge foundation, overall competency, strong practice ability and certain ability to innovate. Postgraduates of professional degrees should advocate the basic line, principles and policies of the Party, bear love for the motherland, and observe the laws and regulations with good professional ethics and manners, scientific, rigorous, truth-seeking and pragmatic learning attitudes and work style. We provide students with a strong knowledge foundation and systematic expertise in the field of energy and power engineering, the ability to be engaged in technical or management works, and the knowledge of the technology and development in energy and power engineering. Career: After graduation, students following this track have all the career choices as described forresearch, development, design, manufacturing, technical support, and operation management of new energy utilization technology and equipment in units such as research design institutes, enterprises, and institutions. Apartfrom the new energy utilization field, students have a wide range of career choices as described for technical work and management work in related fields including refrigeration and air conditioning, thermal engineering, power engineering and energy. Studentsofautomobile direction are ideally placed to work in domestic and foreign automobile production enterprises, automobile research institutes and other units, and maybe engaged in automobile product design and development, new automobile technology development and research, automobile product technical support and after-sales service, import and export trade of vehicles and components and automobile marketing, andautomobile transportation management, testing and supervision. Also, students may be engaged in product development, trade and service in the electromechanical industry.
