From January 16 to 18, the 6^th National College Students Ski Competition & the qualifying trials (North China Division) of the 30th Winter Universiade in 2021 wereheld at the Vanke Shijinglong Ski Resort, participated by 211 university students from 30 universities, including Peking University, Tsinghua University,Renmin University of China, and Beijing University of Technology.Liu Zhenqing, Director of the Department of Physical Education, served as the coordinator of BJUT’s ski team. Additionally, Chief Coach Jiang Rong and Trainer Zhang Hao led 16 student athletes to participate the competition. After three days offierce competition, BJUT ski team won the team title and the team championship in double-board skiing, breaking the record and winning honor for BJUT. Jiang Rong was named the Outstanding Coach in North China Division.

Meanwhile, from January 13 to 15, BJUT ski teamparticipated in the 14th Beijing CapitalCollege Students Ski Competition,comingin second.Jiang Rong was named the Best Coach.
