Electronic Science and Technology (Academic Master of Engineering)

Objective:

We provide applied professionals in electronic science and technology and related fields. Students are required to master the basic theory and systematic expertise of electronics as information and function carrier devices, and circuit design, have a solid knowledge of theories of a certain research direction such as semiconductor optoelectronic devices, microelectronic devices and processes, integrated circuit design and circuit system design, grasp the development trends of new technologies, and possess the abilities to conduct scientific research, independently undertake the technical work of this program and carry out international exchanges.

Core courses: Semiconductor Device Theory, VLSI Design, Semiconductor Device Simulation and Numerical Analysis, Reliability Physics of Microelectronic Device, Modern Signal Processing, Random Digital Signal Processing.
