Social Work(Professional Master's Degree)


Objective:

Students pursuing a Professional Master's Degree in Social Work will develop morally, intellectually, physically. We provide them with professional values of "people-oriented, obliging, fairness and justice", theory and methods of social work, and Chinese social policies, so they can be competitive in social services planning, execution, supervision, evaluation and research. We aim to cultivate talents who are socially responsible and qualified for providing social services and management to different groups and fields. The cultivational direction for social work majors includes community work and service, social service management, and corporate social work.

Professional Degree graduates highlight the cultivation of practical ability.We arrange over half a year’s internships for them in the integrated industrial, academic and research practice centers, social organizations, companies, public institutions, courts, lawfirms, or other agencies.
