Objective:

This program aims to cultivate applied financial talents to adapt to the financial globalization and the development of technological finance. Students should systematically master the basic theories and skills of finance, have the basic qualities and abilities to engage in practical financial operations and financial risk prevention. The talents should also be equipped with solid financial theoretical foundations, strong practical ability, comprehensive analysis ability, organizational ability, expression ability and innovation ability.

Professional Theoretical Modules: Economic Principles, Finance, Commercial Bank Management, Securities Investment, Insurance, Financial Markets, Financial Economics, Financial Derivatives Trading, Financial Engineering, International Finance (Bilingual), International Investment, Corporate Finance, Securities Investment Funds, International Commercial Law, International Trade (Bilingual), International Settlement, and International Credit.

Professional Practice Modules: Banking Business Simulation, Securities Investment Simulation, Insurance Business Simulation, Financial Derivatives Trading Simulation, and Foreign Exchange Trading Simulation.

Graduates of this major have a wide range of career choices: work in banks, securities companies, insurance companies, fund management companies, investment companies, trust companies, other non-bank financial institutions and Internet financial institutions, engage in finance-related businesses in government, enterprises and public institutions, conduct scientific research and education works in scientific research institutes and education departments, or continue further studies.
